Kameliya Stancheva
Kameliya Stancheva has been a licensed paralegal and a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 2009 and Ontario Trial Lawyers Association since 2010. She obtained her Court and Tribunal Agent Diploma at Seneca College, as well as The Osgood Certificate in Negotiation at Osgood Hall Law School of York University. She completed her master’s degree in Engineering in 1990 and her master’s degree in Industrial Design in 1991 in Europe.
Kameliya Stancheva has more than 20 years of experience as a professional negotiator. She has been involved in many case conferences, mediations and pre-arbitration hearings before the License Appeal Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and Alternative Dispute Resolution Chambers.
She has extensive experience in dealing with catastrophically injured victims of motor vehicle accidents in GTA and throughout Ontario. She is devoted to assisting her clients, investing an extensive amount of time with insurance adjusters, medical practitioners, and defense lawyers, in order to achieve expert results in settlements.
